Proposal Presentation 1



Feedback:
1. vision: greater vision than ‘facilitate’ 
    - eg. be one of the most prominent studio, specialise in__, cover ___% market, top 5 of ___
    ** something measurable

2. belief: to include keywords
    - communication, eco, green, educate

3. mission: to be more specific
    - eg.
have a cause
 
    - ? how to give back in GD industry

4. who are we: to include keywords
    - PSA

5. what can you do: fine tune

6. what are you really good at: to be more specific 

7. what makes you special: 
    - how to stand out from similar studios internationally? 
    - eg. have own R&D dept (must reflect in management structure)

8. what you cannot do:
    - eg. serve fakers, cigarette companies, any companies which are doing harm to the environment

9. target audience: to beware of fakers

10. name: too mainstream

11. location: to consider the charisma and nature of the studio
